Please AVOID. This place will SCAM you if you are not Italian.

Unfortunately this is one of those places that plays the old tricks and relies in you not being confident enough in the language to challenge them.

We ordered a sharing dish for 2, but were charged for an individual dish each, adding 33% to the cost. For our daughter they brought out a different (more expensive) dish to the one she had ordered. They dropped some breadsticks on the table after we had finished our food and without telling us added €6.50 to the bill for them. They added an additional unknown item to the bill as well.

Worst of all, when it is time to pay they don't show you the bill, they take your card away and process the payment without you being able to see what you are being charged or being able to check the bill. I have seen other reviews saying the same thing so this is clearly a tactic they use on tourists to scam them. It's illegal where I'm from. I'll be checking if it is illegal in Italy.

In total they fraudulently increased our bill by about 42% (€13.50). And no, this isn't a tax that I missed, it's items I didn't order or which I was charged differently for than what it says on the menu!

It is always worth reporting places like this to the city authorities, sometimes they will act as they don't want these places reducing their reputation, so I would encourage anyone else treated e same way to...

I would give four stars but when I asked to pay the waitress did not show me a receipt, just grab my contactless card in the machine and afterwards gave me a receipt with a total of 10 EUR without the list of the price of each item.
