Writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my family and I received during our visit to your restaurant. While we appreciated the quality of the food, the overall dining experience was severely overshadowed by the unprofessional conduct of both Manager Ingo and one of your waiters.
As a family of 8 people, we had high hopes for a pleasant and enjoyable meal together. Regrettably, our expectations were not met due to the unacceptable behavior of your staff. Manager Ingo's demeanor was particularly disappointing as he repeatedly ignored our requests with dismissive hand waves, displaying a complete lack of respect and disregard for our needs.
Furthermore, one of your waiters carelessly collided with me on a chair as he passed by our table. Not only was this incident physically discomforting, but his subsequent display of displeasure and cackling was utterly inappropriate and unprofessional.
The combination of poor service from Manager Ingo (or Marco, as he apparently attempted to change his name to) and the waiter made our family gathering uncomfortable and frustrating, detracting from the overall experience.
While we acknowledge that the food was of good quality, the subpar service overshadowed this positive aspect, leaving us with a negative impression of your establishment.
I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address these issues with your staff. Proper training and supervision are crucial to ensure that all customers, regardless of group size, are treated with courtesy and attentiveness. Moreover, Manager Ingo's attempt to evade responsibility by changing his name is unprofessional and reflects poorly on your restaurant's values.
As a loyal customer, I believe in giving feedback to help improve the overall service quality. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and implement necessary changes to prevent such experiences in the future.

I’ve had a lot of average meals in Monopoli, but this restaurant is one of the best meals I’ve had in Italy (and I’ve been here for 2 weeks).
The risotto is phenomenal - highly highly recommend if it’s still on the menu when you visit! The fried potatoes are also delicious, and good value for the price. We finished with the tiramisu, which is one of the better ones I’ve had while in Italy - they pour a fresh shot of espresso over the dessert which made it extra fresh and delicious.
