Summary: Food is ok, the terrasse is cute, the service was bad for us.

We enjoyed the restaurant but the restaurant was struggling with the service and overal we left with not a great feeling. I would not recommend.

Food: The food was good but not amazing. I would say you go there more for the atmosphere.

Bad Service: We had to ask 4 different waiters to get our orders and they all said "it's not me it's another waiter" but without calling after the "correct" waiter. We kept asking if they could ask the right one to come but with no luck. When we ordered water I asked my glass to have ice cubes. I had to ask more than 5 times. The glass arrived after the main. The waiter kept coming and saying "yes your glass" but this like 10 times without bringing it. There was also this funny moment where the waiters would cross your eyes with you and then quickly turn the gaze because he didn't want to acknowledge we want to order something else. This happened us for dessert where we had to wait 15min because they always ignored us but doing it in a non discrete way (looking at us and then quickly looking away like they didn't see us waiving. It was comical)

Terrible experience with one waiter: Finally we had one very bad experience with a waiter. My friend ordered a salada mixta and he brought a salada del mare. And he didn't want to take it back because we "touched it" (which means my friend removed the top to see what was in the bottom as it didn't look like a salada mixta. She asked the guy "is this a salada mixta because it doesn't look" and the guy start making a scene that we ordered salada del mare and that we he thought he was stupid because he knew what we ordered. A discussion of 10min. It was very akward. And once he finally came back with the salad that we actually ordered he started again...

We sat for lunch as the ambient was very nice and relaxed at first. 2 min after we ordered our beverages they suddenly changed the music to loud reaggeton at 12 noon. We politely asked whether the music was going to remain the same, sine we were trying to find a spot to relax and the atmosphere was completely different 5 minutes earlier, at the moment we had chosen the place. They said that they liked that music and were indeed going to keep playing reaggeaton (FYI we love reaggeton as we are Latin-Americans ourselves and listen to it all the time at home. However we were looking for a quiet spot at the moment). We therefore finished our drinks and proceeded to pay in search for a quieter place and realised that they charged us €20 for two aperol spritz they according to the menu were €7 each. When we realised this, we approached the counter and said they had charged us for the lunch table service (even though we hadn’t ordered anything to eat) and returned us €2. However, they should have reimbursed us €6 since 2 aperol spritz were €14. The menus seemed nice although we didn’t get to order any food. I would pay close attention to what this place tries to...

My wife and I stopped for lunch. To start the staff was attentive. My wife ordered the “tagliolini with white truffle”. I ordered the “pappardelle pasta with porcino with white truffle” but requested no truffle.

They brought the plates - my wife’s looked delicious. Mine came with white truffles all over the top but I accepted the plate. After two bites, I discovered a long hair in my dish and quietly requested a new dish. A few minutes later the waiter came back with the dish and said, “I am sorry but our staff wears hair nets.” I said that the hair is not mine and take it away. To add insult to injury, ten minutes later the waiter brings me a new plate which was obviously the dish with the hair I sent back - the truffles that were on top of my dish were now mixed in.

Upon reviewing my check, there was no reduction - I paid the entire check and left the restaurant without making a scene.
