If I could I would leave 0 stars.

Very rude and arrogant, I usually don’t leave without eating and I am a patient customer but this time was unacceptable. After 1.5hrs we only received some bread and a glass of Brunello. When we asked about our orders, we have received very rude answers that the kitchen was busy (while every other customer was receiving primi,secondi and deserts). Considering that we only ordered a mix of antipasti not to be cooked (bruschetta, melon and prosciutto and caprese), it was upsetting to see the table next to us (who sat only 45minutes later than us) received their pasta before our not-cooked antipasti. The staff is very arrogant, they discourage any patience you have left, leaving you the only choice to leave hungry and with 29€ less in your wallet for bread and wine.

Do yourself a favor and pick...

Upon arrival we had to stand by the entrance for about 7 minutes with the waitress passing by andpretending she didn’t see us. Than I stepped in and asked for a table (there were 2 free, just not cleaned). I’d spent 8 years speaking Italian, so there could be no mistake, the guy told me they were too busy to clean tables now and we had to wait. No problem. To my (logical) suggestion we’d wait with a glass of wine, I was told it could only happen after we were given a table. 10 minutes later the waitress finally spoke to me but only to tell us to wait outside the premises, because we were an impediment (which we were not, well out of the way). We had the risotto with pear (!) and pecorino to share. We loved it! Then we tried the vegetable tagliatelle, the tuna salad and the sausages with beans. Everything very tasty. We asked for a small salad on the side and it was no problem at all. Olive oil, balsamico, salt and pepper were put on the table without even asking (which is a total plus for me :) ) The staff were very professional, accomodating and sweet, even gave us some of their own wine to taste (again, extra points).
