The servers were friendly and set us when we asked. We ordered. They brought our a side of french fries and bread for my salad. It took well over an hour to get my salad and 1 pizza. They are priced higher than everyone else around. Also, added a 2 Euro charge per person. (It said at the bottom of the menu) when we asked what that was for, she said it covered our silverware packs. I guess they charge for cleaning them and adding napkins. I'm only giving 3 *s because my hubby said the pizza was good. My salad was fresh, but nothing spectacular. There was no seasoning on it. They brought a caddy with oil,vinegar, salt and pepper to use, but both salt and pepper shakers were completely empty. I would not...

We came in and one one the servants said that we can sit only outside. It was freezing outside but still. We waited 20 minutes for someone to even notice that we came. We ordered coffe wine and pizza. The drinks were ready in like 5-10 minutes (idk why) and the pizza never came😡 The servant were rude when we said we have been waiting 1 hour for our food and they were talking shit about us in italian 🤡 then they were like “pay only for the drinks and you’re not gonna get the pizza”. Prenotiamo un tavolo per le 20:15 della sera di halloween, anche se con poco preavviso ci dicono di si, arriviamo in orario e ci fanno accomodare in un tavolo nel mezzo al passaggio, dopo circa 20 minuti riusciamo ad avere un menù chiedendolo a una cameriera, dopo altri 15 vengono a prenderci l'ordinazione. Dopo circa 10-15 minuti arrivano le bevande, ed inizia l'attesa della pizza. Dopo un' altra mezz'ora arriva la cameriera a chiederci di spostarci di tavolo perché avevano una tavolata grande, e ci fanno spostare, e finalmente arrivano le pizze e riusciamo a mangiare dopo più di un ora di attesa. Oltretutto non abbiamo ancora finito di cenare che vedo il personale del locale "vendere" il mio tavolo ad un signore appena entrato, facendolo aspettare finché ho finito di cenare. Sicuramente la serata era complicata ma se non siete certi di riuscire a gestire la situazione non prendete prenotazioni in numero eccessivo. Quantomeno la pizza era buona, per quanto l'attesa sia stata biblica, e apparte la cameriera che è venuta a scusarsi per l'attesa prolungata, neanche una parola di scuse da parte del titolare o altri, almeno il coraggio di metterci la faccia e non mandare avanti solo il personale addetto ai tavoli sarebbe gradito e sicuramente più professionale. Premetto che non ho chiesto né mi sono stati scontati od offerti niente per il servizio non certamente professionale, e va bene così, nessun problema a riguardo, io pago quel che è dovuto e che ho consumato, ma sicuramente possono gestire...
