DO NOT GO HERE! the service is horrible we waited for drinks 40 min and when we ordered another round it never arrived. we asked 6 times if they could bring it and they always said they will but never did. the biggest problem is that they ask to pay in advance so you just have to sit there while the waiters are smoking and talking together. they were also very rude as the time passed and refused to look at us and even though we were outside and we never got the money back (47€) they all smelled of sweat and made my friends and i wanna throw up they ruined our appetite. as i see by the other reviews they didn't change for 7 years and also while we watched as he started to make our cocktails he took out sugar that looked like it had moths in it. absolutely awful, disturbing and disgusting. so...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Robbers!! We arrived and ordered 4 simple cocktails- they messed up the order and we just accepted the wrong drinks. Then we ordered another round of same 4 drinks, for which they charged us immediately but we never got them…waited for half an hour, asked for our PAID drinks a few more times, and finally decided that we had enough. We asked to either get our money back or get our drinks, they refused to return the money and assured us that we’ll get them in a few minutes. We never got them, even after we gave up on the friendly looking waitresses and went straight to the bar ourselves. This is an extremely beautiful example of outside lounge dining and drinking submerged in the elegance of the Belle Époque period in Italy. The venue has been modernised elegantly. The service is one of great professionalism and executed elegantly. The place gives the feeling of exclusivity and at the same time provides immense serenity and relaxation. I do not understand the negative feedback as my experience was one of the most satisfaction.
