Cena in due ieri sera. Una pizza Regina e una ortolana con aggiunta di Friarielli (ma arriva con gli spinaci) 😃 se me lo diceva il cameriere andava bene lo stesso per conto mio. Ci viene raccomandato di stare tranquilli che l’impasto è leggero… okey! Tutti e due l’abbiamo digerita tutta la sera e ci si è gonfiata in pancia la pasta (l’impasto probabilmente era poco lievitato? , per conto nostro possiamo solo dire che le pizze erano visibilmente un po' crude in cottura) Vabbè , nonostante ciò in realtà a parer di entrambi le pizze erano buone e nel complessivo ci è piaciuta nonostante “l’effetto collaterale” Tempistiche di un mercoledì sera con il locale non pieno un po' troppo lunghe secondo me. Locale arredato con gusto , semplice ma gradevole , peccato per il fattore rimbombo e rumorosità. Oltre alle due pizze beviamo 1 acqua da 1lt. , 2 birre e chiudiamo con 2 caffè per un totale di 44,00 €.

A parer mio prezzo leggermente alto per la tipologia di locale , la zona e per quello che abbiamo mangiato (2 pizze) , in proporzione ad altre pizzerie in zona (e pure in centro Monza) trovo poco coerente il rapporto qualità/prezzo/locale. Chiaro che è la mia opinione condivisibile o meno , il lavoro altrui si rispetta e fare ristorazione al giorno d'oggi è una bella sfida per chi ogni giorno porta avanti questo mestiere dunque rispetto e stima indubbiamente...
