Very poor communication.

We came in on our way to a day trip, with a specific pick up time. We therefore asked very specifically what we could order for take away within 5 mins, because we had to leave. After we ordered (09:10) and waiting for 30 mins, we start asking the staff again and again where our food was. Especially since we could see all other customers arriving after us being served food at their tables (!). The staff kept telling us ready in 5 mins. Nothing arrived however, and we had to physically walk to the kitchen to ask where our order (a bagel and croque monsieur) was.

It ultimately took them until 09:55 to deliver the order, however; instead of the simple cream cheese bagel ordered, we got a salmon cream cheese bagel with french fries and drained in lemon. Not what was ordered, and very poor quality. The croque monsieur, small, drained in sauce and not very tasty either.

Overall, not a place we would ever go back. Takes forever, has poor quality food, and quite expensive compared to other places. 10 eur for a cheese sandwich the size of your handpalm is...

16 Libbre is now a cosy restaurant in the heart of Chiaia neighbourhood. It's not only a restaurant, it is a bakery too, so don't miss out on bread and sandwiches when you're there.

It may seem pricey compared to the local price mean, but when you eat here you'll just understand why. Food is tasty, fresh, and captivating. I'm practically in love with their salmon bagle (yeah, that's a must, believe me), so much that every time I end up devouring it. However, there are other bakery delicacies, like "pinse", which are almost like your normal pizza but made crispier and thinner, like they made it in Rome. I'm going full Sinatra here saying "in other woooords", you and your friends make sure to come here and taste their menu. Even their light choices are good, and that you don't see every day in...

Assolutamente da sconsigliare! Premetto che non ci è stato chiesto il greenpass. Locale che fa l'occhiolino all'Europa ma da rivedere molte cose prima di tutto il prezzo, sproporzionato per l'offerta e la qualità. Un conto salatissimo di 25 euro per aver mangiato un avocado tost (mediocre... Con un guacamole che sembrava quello confezionato di supermercato e con il pane secchissimo) un'acqua e una porzione di patatine in due! Ma dove stiamo, a corso Sempione! 11,50 un avocado tost non è in linea con i prezzi di Napoli per non parlare del servizio. Ho bevuto da un bicchiere di vetro rotto (cosa gravissima, considerando poi che il locale si vuole presentare fine ed elegante... L'attenzione al cliente deve essere massima, soprattutto in periodo covid) sbeccato al bordo, per fortuna non mi sono tagliata ma quando l'ho fatto presente al cameriere non ho ricevuto neanche una scusa, ha semplicemente preso un bicchiere da un altro tavolo e mi ha cambiato il bicchiere pieno senza che mi portasse una nuova bottiglia di acqua (in poche parole metà acqua l'ha buttata). All'arrivo del conto trovo 2.75 a persona di sevizio.... In due 5, 50 euro di servizio per avere bevuto da un bicchiere rotto! Quando alla cassa lo faccio nuovamente presente non ho ricevuto nessun occhio di riguardo e nessuna cortesia. Prezzi del pane decisamente fuori controllo! Che delusione... statene alla larga, a Napoli c'è...
