Gucci - Napoli — Local services in Naples

Just shopped there today. Our sales person Mika was so disappointing, and ruined the experience. We asked for champagne/prosecco as we always do when we shop at Gucci. Me and my hubby usually go for lunch with wine and go to Gucci for extra drinks and shopping. We asked for drinks and she was like " I can get you water" I asked for champagne and she was like ok.... but the amount she poured in our glasses was just embarrassing, like literally one sip. We tried on shoes and she didn't even bother to refill, we had to "beg" for refill (refill of a sip and when my husband asked her to fill better she added one sip to his glass not mine). Yes we were very dressed down due to the fact we were going into a city known for pickpocketing we left values like jewlery on the ship, but still since I didn't knew my shoe size she looked my account up and was fully aware we are loyal customers. If Mika had just been nice filled our glasses and smiled a little I would have spent way more, my hubby wanted fanny bag we found one but I pretended not to like it just due to the fact I didn't want to spend money with Mica (mika ?)when we get off the ship in Barcelona we will buy the extra items we wanted today. She had a 1750EUR sale instead of 5000. Never ever (loyal customer since 2006) have I felt so poorly treated at Gucci store. If you are selling avarage quality items at luxury price (which Gucci is, but still love it) at least give your customers luxury experience. Never going back there, if you go anyway stay away from MIKA horrible sales person, could have sold us way more and make our experience way better. I almost wanted to skip buying those 2 pairs of shoes for 1750EUR just so she wouldn't get commision but since they had my size I looked the other way and decided to shop the rest in...

Absolutely terrible customers service! The worst I've ever experienced. I wanted to treat myself and buy a new wallet (450 euros!!). So I came to the store, and...i was not let inside the store. Two more girls before me were also told that the store in too crowded and they had do wait outside. When I tried to enter the store, the person who opens the door told me to wait outside because there were too many people inside the store. The group of 6 peole who came after me was told the same. There were 5 people inside the store!!! FIVE!!! I've shoped in Milan, Rome and I live in New York where TOO MANY people inside of the store all the time, and I never expericed this kind of treatment - to wait outside. I guess I will take my money elsewhere, where I don't have to wait to be let in. I find it unacceptable to treat...

My parents and I are from Taiwan and we went to Napoli for a short trip. We decided to stop by this Gucci store. The female attendant was not at all nice and spoke very bluntly to us. We asked her for help regarding a pair of sunglasses, and she spoke rudely and behaved patronisingly towards us. My parents and I were quite upset at this interaction and decided to leave the shop. As we were leaving, we turned around and saw the female attendant and the security guard mocking and mimicking us in a very rude manner. One of the male attendants was friendly enough, however the other two employees (female attendant and security guard) left us with an unpleasant experience...
