Incredibly rude to tourists clearly don't want you there despite agreeing a deal with the b&b I stayed at to give you a free breakfast. On my first visit my coffee and croissant were nice however I was left to waiting for my coffee for upwards of 10 minutes before the person serving me even asked the lady making them to make mine, when the lady brought it over to me it was practically slammed on the table and she strutted away with a dour face and on my second and last visit they didn't even give me my coffee at all, to which I just walked out and never went back despite having 3 more days of free breakfast from there. I decided to go somewhere else and pay where I was actually treated with respect. If you are a tourist AVOID a free breakfast...

We stumbled across this cafe and decided to go inside for our daily coffee fix. The decor drew us in. The staff at Gran Caffe Ferrier goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and even put dirty dancing theme music on! The good interior locked us in. But thats all. We got the table outside. Waiter took the used glasses but didnt bother to wipe a table with a cloth. It was full of coffee spots and crumbles. We thought he would clean after he brings the coffee and tiramisu we had ordered. Nope he placed the cake and a cup on the dirty table.. what is more the tiramisu was frozen! I went back to them to complain as it was not possible to you- other bartender wanted to warm it up in the microwave! Dairy/fridge dessert from microwave? Diseaster.
