They weren't totally open but helped us anyways. They were patient with our extremely limited Italian and helped us to have a great meal. My wife was constantly oo'ing and ah'ing the tastes of the food and we finished every last bite. After nearly a week in Italy this has easily been the best Lunch we've had. The food was fresh and the staff was helpful. They really cared that we understood what we were eating and that they had our order correct. It's a very different experience. If you want menus and full service and to feel like America go elsewhere. If you want to eat well like an Italian with food that is made with care and attention... Come here. Final note: try the melone digestiv drink - super smooth and delicious

Sono venuto a Napoli per lavoro e la miglior scelta che ho fatto è stata di pranzare 10 giorni consecutivi qui. Ho avuto modo di assaggiare tutto il menù e nemmeno una volta sono rimasto deluso. Il locale fornisce dei piatti squisiti spesso a meno di 10€. Ogni giorno c'è un menù diverso quindi non mi sono nemmeno stufato del posto. Il servizio è a dir poco eccellente e ogni volta che entravo c'era Dasha (la cameriera) che nonostante corresse tutto il tempo per servire i tavoli trovava il tempo per accoglierti con un sorriso. Per quanto riguarda il locale, è piccolino ma ben curato con un'ampia scelta di vini. Dovessi tornare a Napoli ripasserò sicuramente non solo per il cibo e i prezzi ma anche per come sono stato trattato in questi 10 giorni.

Llegamos algo tarde a comer, pero la atención resultó excelente y la comida excepcional. Destaco la amabilidad del dueño del restaurante, quien se acercó a conversar con nosotros, a recomendarnos platos y a hablar con mucho cariño de la Argentina, nuestro país. Excelente pasta, fantástica entrada de provola con datterini, olive y basilico y superlativo postre: tarta rellena con crema pasticciera e amarene (estaba recién hecha y fue el postre más delicioso que comí en Napoli... pongo la fotografía de la vitrina, porque la porción que me sirvieron fue devorada con celeridad y no tuve tiempo ni de sacarle una foto). Espero que podamos regresar a la ciudad... y sin duda volveremos a este restaurante. E forza Napoli!! 🩵😉

After nearly a week in Italy this has easily been the best Lunch we've had. The food was fresh and the staff was helpful. They really cared that we understood what we were eating and that they had our order correct.

It's a very different experience. If you want menus and full service and to feel like America go elsewhere. If you want to eat well like an Italian with food that is made with care and attention... Come here.

We were lost in the city. It was roasting hot outside and we were exhausted. We decided to stop and sit outside this restaurant when the waitress came to us and told us to come into the air conditioned building. From that moment on it was perfect, the service was so kind and welcoming, the pasta we had was delicious and freshly made and the wine was delicious. It's also fantastic value for money. Highly...

Schlechtester Service unserer gesamten Reise in Neapel. Das Essen war gut, aber wir warteten leider 45 Minuten auf unsere Antipasti. Das Lokal war leer, die Bedienung nicht bereit mehr als zwei Worte zu sprechen - ich erwarte nicht, dass alle mit mir Englisch sprechen im Ausland, aber von Beginn an auf Nachfrage nach der Speisenauswahl nur mehrfach bedingt freundlich auf „Antipasto“ zu verweisen, war wenig hilfreich. Italienische Gäste um uns herum hatten Pasta und Alternativen, die uns leider nicht angeboten wurden. Der bestellte Weißwein in der Flasche, war von Beginn an leider zu warm und auf Nachfrage wurde er in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Allerdings die Gläser jedes Mal so voll gefüllt, dass er gar keine Chance hatte zu kühlen. Nach dem 2. Glas war die Flasche eh alle. Nachfrage nach einem Eiswürfel wurde verneint. Bis das Essen nach 45 Minuten endlich kam, war der Wein eh ausgetrunken. Die Platte Antipasti war qualitativ gut, aber das Warten leider nicht im Verhältnis. Fazit: Bedienung extrem unbemüht, obwohl man als Gast sehr freundlich war. Kann das Restaurant von dem Feinkostladen leider absolut...
