Our first visits to this cafe, usually around 1 PM when it was quieter, were truly outstanding and shaped our initial impressions. The specialty espresso was a revelation: wonderfully complex, fruity, balanced, and absolutely not bitter. Genuinely one of the best I'd had in a long time. My girlfriend's Chemex filter coffee was also perfectly crafted and spot-on taste-wise. You could tell they were true professionals. We were also thrilled by the healthy, no-added-sugar breakfast options like the delicious muesli. Service was friendly, atmosphere pleasant, and phone charging stations were a practical plus. However, subsequent visits, especially during busier times, revealed inconsistencies. My first negative experience was when a second specialty espresso, ordered right after an excellent one, was very poorly extracted and tasted completely different. The real disappointment came during a busy morning visit around 10 AM. I ordered a specialty coffee V60. To my surprise, the filter coffee was served almost immediately. The V60 filter arrived with a deep crater in the coffee bed and grounds stuck all around the rim – a clear sign of improper, rushed pouring (like all water poured at once instead of proper multiple pours). As expected, the coffee tasted awful: zero complexity, bitter, and completely unbalanced, like a cheap coffee with no relation to specialty coffee. It was extremely disappointing, and there was no reaction from the staff to the full cup left behind. While I've had some truly great espressos here, these later experiences, particularly the V60, significantly diminish my overall impression. Therefore, I can now only...
Read moretldr: The Coffee and the food is great if the waiter likes your face and anything arrives.
We wanted to do a late breakfast and were pretty hyped to find a cafe with such a good rating and made our way there.
Upon arrival it was stacked with guests but pretty quickly cleared. We ordered a cafe (cappucino) each and something to eat.
The first cappuccino took about 20 minutes to arrive but was very good. Meanwhile the table next to us, that ordered after us, already had their food with cutlery , coffee and water.
Another 10 minutes go by and my food arrives (3 paninis with morzarella and tomatoes, pretty wet and I didn't get any cutlery or separate plate to eat over) and another 10 minutes for the food of my wife (tiramisu, that was great).
We now kindly asked for the coffee of my wife and were met with a confused stare and also ordered a water.
The coffee took another 10 minutes and the water never arrived.
I dont know what happend, if the waiter just had a bad day (but that wouldn't explain why the table next to us was served perfectly fine) or he didn't like our faces. But thats the first time in my life I felt wrong in place.
Sad, because we were really looking forward...
Read moreA perfect breakfast spot in Naples! We were three girls from Palestine looking for a good breakfast place in Naples, which wasn’t easy — especially since we only eat halal, don’t eat pork or meat, and wanted something fresh and healthy. But It’s (I.T.’S) was exactly what we were looking for!
The menu had so many options we could actually eat — avocado toast, fresh salads, açai bowls, matcha, coffee — everything was super delicious and made with real, quality ingredients. It honestly felt like home food but with a special twist!
The vibe in the restaurant was amazing — super fun and relaxed. The staff were so kind and welcoming; they brought our food with a smile, joked with us, and made us feel like we were regulars. The service was honestly excellent.
This is definitely our go-to spot in Naples now. If you’re looking for a fresh, healthy, and welcoming place to eat — this is it. Highly, highly...
