Koi Sushi Restaurant — Restaurant in Naples

Portions are really small for the price we are paying and sometimes they serve food which is not hot or feels like they prepared them hours ago. I came here few months ago and loved everything. Guess they have changed everything good about this restaurant. Or maybe I came in a bad day. However all you can eat menu is kind of a fair deal. But we ordered from the normal menu. They served us really small portions which are completely different from the pictures (Size wise) Staff is friendly though. Speed servings. The place look nice. But the menu is no go for me anymore. Made a complaint about it for a staff member and didn't care it seems. Well the thing is I give 3 stars rarely. But this time they had to get it. Maybe it's something wrong with the chef. The picture I attached here is even smaller than it seems. There were several more dishes came like that. I say this responsibly because I've been to many Japanese and Chinese restaurants and even came to this place more than 7 times. But this day was horrible. Finally found a good, not so expensive Asian buffet. Mainly Chinese and Japanese. Loved the seaweed salad, a little spicy- which makes it that bit different from the others. I ordered it twice, unfortunately the 2nd time it was cold!!! - out of the fridge cold. Mainly had Sushi, and it was pretty fresh and good. The wasabi was a bit tasteless🤔. The only bad thing is that I went with my 2 daughters and we all know kids don't eat much, unfortunately they only give like a 10% discount for kids if they are smaller than 110cm - like the rides😂, so basically only 5-6yr. Olds. The cost is of 13€, plus 1.50€- to seat and drinks are not included, you can only get 1 portion of Sashimi/person, dessert is not included and some foods have to be paid on the side. On average not very expensive if you take advantage of the all you can eat option, not that good if you take children that don't eat that much- you can pay a la carte, but the kids can't touch ANYTHING that wasn't ordered specifically for them. The place is bigger than it seems, with an upper section that's beautifully decorated in perfect Chinese style, LOVED!!! Will definitely return, but...

A friend of mine and I was meeting up and my friend was eating there, so I dropped in on him and I ordered a drink and nothing to eat, because I had already eaten and we had a flight to catch at the airport. He was finishing his meal and since we needed to go to the airport, we couldn’t stay longer than 10 minutes anyway. After they brought my drink, they told me i would have to leave the restaurant immediately if i wasn’t eating anything. There were only two other customers and the place was nearly empty (it was at 3pm). We explained that we would were leaving in a few minutes after my friend finished his meal, but they refused and said I either order food or leave right away. I left and 30 seconds later my friend left as well with one of the plates he had ordered untouched. I payed for my drink but such a customer unfriendly environment is not a place i intend on being in anyway.
