Mexico — Restaurant in Naples

We went into this place to have a quick coffee to go after lunch. We paid for 2 coffees and went taking the coupon to the man making the coffee. He was the most rude person i have met, talking to me in italian i said super kindly, sorry i dont understand. He took the cups annoyingly and started slapping them very annoyed when i said this and then starting shouting in italian. The lady at the cash told us for aitting down u have to pay service. I said we will gladly pay that but whats his problem waving and muttering italian words to our face? What an ugly experience and an ugly spirited man....

AWFUL! The tall blue eyed barista was not only the rudest guy I’ve ever met but refused to serve us because we didn’t put down a tip ! We were actually going to tip after the drinks were made (which is normal) but he wanted his tip BEFORE. He was shouting at us in Italian And another customer translated that they won’t serve you until you tip first! Shocking! They served everyone before us then eventually when we got our drinks made I had to ask him for milk for the coffee six times and he declined. We walked out in the end despite having already...

Bad service, angry barista ( bald dude) shouting in Italian. Got in for an Espresso and didn’t know the price is different if I ordered from the till vs if I sat on a table, took my coffee and got shouted at for not paying 1.6 euros. I mean I don’t mind paying it, and I did as I don't mind it or against it, but very rude way to point it out.
