Terrible service/experience! Misleading informations regarding their variety of food. I went there personally with my girlfriend asking if they have gluten-free pizza options. The lady told us, that they do but come back later. So we waited 3 hours and returned, sat down to a table the waitress came picked up the drink orders (which were urged to do right before getting onto the food topic) and showed us the barcode to scan in order to see the menu, which we checked but could not really see pizzas made without gluten as promised. So we asked the waitress, but she barely spoke english. All they could offer is Angus, which we did not want. So, we decided to leave, went to settle the bills (for the 2 coke) and they charged for 9 euros (2.50 for the 2 coke, and 4 euros for “SERVICE FEE”) when i raised voice about it to the manager who handled the terminal, she was referring to the 2 glasses we used :D its just ridiculous. Not to mention, she was the one advise us to provide gluten-free pizza options. No respect at all/ felt like taken advantages of me just because im a tourist and do not speak the language. Cibo pessimo e dosi scarsissime Servizio maleducato, confuso e lento Locale repellente, sopratutto in estate. andando più nello specifico,

Truffati e trattati male. il cibo che ci è stato servito era di pessima qualità, cucinato male e con dosi ridottissime. Niente a che vedere con la tradizione culinaria e di ospitalità napoletana. Quando qualcuno al nostro tavolo ha provato a far notare la cosa, si è sentito rispondere "Non ci scassate u' c**o" dalla titolare e ad'un altro è stato pure dato del "nano" . Il conto è stato completamente fuori da ogni logica qualche esempio: 20€ per un piatto di pasta da 60g con un sugo rosso pessimo e qualche piatto di insalata (salatissima) messa in mezzo da condividere... Oppure 35€ (bevande e caffè esclusi) per degli gnocchi gommosi del sugo rosso insapore e delle fettine di maiale sottili con più grasso e nervetti che carne, che navigavano nell'acquetta e nell'olio di conserva dei funghi da barattolino buttati sopra. acqua in bottiglie di plastica calda. caffè servito da una brocchetta in bicchierini di plastica... Ogni richiesta di una bottiglia di acqua in più o del pane sembrava fosse un insulto, e veniva recepita mal volentieri e con tempi biblici.

Le tanto rinomate pizze , che qualcuno di noi ha scelto per evitarsi del cibo da mal di pancia, sono arrivate con ingredienti mediocri e scarsi nelle quantità.

Oltre alla mala gestione e alla cafoneria si configura anche un reato... Al momento di pagare sono state conteggiate a parte delle birre e dei caffè, è stata rifiutata la possibilità di usare il bancomat in modo scontroso e ovviamente non è estate emessa nessuna ricevuta fiscale.

il servizio è approssimativo, confuso, lento e decisamente maleducato partendo dalla proprietaria che tra l'altro complice il caldo infernale è maleodorante.

il locale è ricavato per metà in un garage, di cui si onta a mezza sala la serranda che taglia il soffitto il resto sotto una pergola . la climatizzazione è praticamente inesistente , con il caldo estivo l'aria è soffocante. se ci si aggiunge anche la titolare che fuma al chiuso senza curarsi dei suoi avventori.

The best place in Naples to eat a delicious pizza & neapolitan dishes with an Italian hospitality and taste! I love this place. We tried it twice - once visiting the restaurant and another time in delivery. Had some different starters to share, fried squids and prawns and then pizzas & wine - it was all so good! Second time we ordered the pizzas after 11 pm. and although the area being locked because of the soccer game - Francesco delivered the food in a blink of an eye and was very friendly, the pizza came still hot and delicious.
