So the pizza was a good pizza. But there the positive part stops. First I had to wait over 40 min. Although when I arrived at the take away door there were only 2 people before me. Then people that came after me and had a higher number for the pick up got their pizzas before me. So I waited in 30°C weather standing at least 40 minutes next to garbage bags. When I got my pizza, I went home with it and I live just 1 minute away. At home I realized they forgot my cokes that I payed for. So I had to go back and ask for them. I told them I expected better service than that from a restaurant with almost 5 stars. Instead of saying sorry he told me he is tired cause he is working since the morning…. Well I also work when I’m not on holidays. I just expected an apology and no excuses. He got angry at me when I told him I will write a bad review. Cause i don’t unterstand How it Took so Long when it wasn’t really busy. He told me my pizza had a hole but they never told me that just let me wait. Anyway I arrived at my apartment that is just next door and my pizza was cold already. Also I got the wrong pizza and the second pizza was burned !!! Well… I don’t have to say...
Read moreI found this restaurant on Happy Cow because I was looking for vegan food that was open around 4pm on a Sunday. There are a lot of Vegan restaurants in Naples, but most of them are closed on Sunday and the few that are open are open until 3:30pm and later for dinner at 7pm. Unfortunately due to the time I arrived from the airport I needed something in between. I'm American and I don't speak Italian. Luckily the people who work here spoke enough English for us to communicate and I really appreciate that. I was seated at a corner table and they gave me a menu. I ordered a Limoncello and a Marinara pizza. I read on Happy Cow that it was vegan, I tried to ask the server, but that is where the language barrier became a little difficult. I chose to trust the process and find out. I got the pizza and it was delicious! No cheese, perfect crust, and delicious sauce. It was a lot of food and it filled me up for the rest of the day. The restaurant was crowded on a Sunday afternoon and that was a good sign to me. Especially when everyone around was speaking Italian. It felt like it was a locally loved spot and I will definitely come back. I highly recommend...
Read moreWent because we saw the great reviews and left rather disappointed. Ordered a pizza and it was tasty, but not much different than the other places around. We were invited in and after waiting in an empty parlor for 5-10 minutes someone finally came and took our order. The shop is cute, but again - not much different from the rest of the area. We didn’t order drinks or anything - just the pizza to try it and compare. At the end of the meal, got the bill for 15 euros for a 7 euro pizza. 8 euro coperto. I tried to ask what the cover was for, and was told “the service”. We weren’t offered water or anything and only paid the bill after going up to the front (no one came by to take payment). Just a heads up - the prices look great, but there are other great options that don’t add miscellaneous charges to your bill that taste as...
