Totó E Peppino — Restaurant in Naples

I visited this pizzeria two days ago and the service was atrocious. Both waiters were incredible rude none of them smiled the entire time and they seemed absolutely loathed to listen to my food order. Which they got completely wrong after trying to explain it twise. I also ordered a large beer which was poured with 3 inches of head and less beer than my partners when he had been drinking his already. When I questioned this the waiter shrugged and walked away. I had to call him back to fill my glass up. He took the beer away and He then returned with a small beer instead of a large. When I questioned this again he took the beer away and neither waiter bought me another drink. I would NEVER visit this place again. I ordered food online and have been waiting for an hour, but nothing arrived. When I called the restaurant they didn’t understand or speak english, which made it complicated to understand and communicate. They then claimed that the driver had been 'waiting for half an hour' without knocking on the door or calling me. They also told me they had sent emails, which I later had to translate from Italian. The emails stated that I wasn't there, and another email sent five minutes later claimed the order was delivered, contradicting their previous statements. Best saltimbocca in town. A must go stop for food after a long day! The staff is very nice, very polite, always smilling even if they don't speak very well English.
