GRAZIANO PIZZA FOOD — Restaurant in Noto

For one, the food was good (we had pizzas). However, the member of staff that was serving us was incredibly rude and pushy- seeming annoyed when we weren't ready to order after 1 minute. When there wasn't certain items on the menu which we requested (unknowing of it's unavailability) we were bluntly told ‘NO!’ in an agitated voice; then were not given a second to reconsider our options.

As one of the members of our party was obviously still cutting a slice of their pizza to eat, a member of staff came up and said to them “shall I take your plate”. There was no sign of critical thinking in this case unfortunately. It came across horribly rude.

When we asked for our bill, it was slammed down silently on the table- the payment card was snatched from the party leader then the receipt was thrown at us without a word of gratitude for our custom.

There are many Pizzarias in Noto with much better Pizzas and A LOT better quality of service. The star is solely for the quality of the pizza- which was horrifically ruined by the quality of service.

DREADFUL!!!!! Ordered 2 salads: plain, no dressing, not even olive oil. Had to mix both salads to make them edible. Then the ‘pizza’ came: truly a piece of cardboard with tomato sauce on top. I didn’t taste it as it cracked in half and I returned it without wanting to know what that horror show tasted like. Can’t see how they could have provided a better second attempt to asked for my bill and left. My wife’s pasta dish tasted like sickness and smelled off. Do yourself a favour and avoid!!! 2 hours after I posted this review the restaurant responded not by apologising but by telling me that my order was rubbish (????) and they didn’t want to cook it even though it is on their menu (Margherita pizza, how hard is it to make!!) and told me to never come back. That is unlikely! 🤣 No skills with cooking, no skills with communication! Good...

The gluten-free pizza was the clear highlight – perfectly crisp crust, great toppings, and honestly one of the best gluten-free pizzas I’ve had anywhere.

They also offer vegetarian options, and the staff is happy to adjust dishes on request, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the service is genuinely friendly without being over the top.
