Oooh myyy Godddd!!! 😋😋 I pinched myself to wake up from this dream. But I then found out this ain’t a dream!! this was an unforgettable culinary experience in Noto! The star of the show was their Bronte pizza - a heavenly combination of Sicilian pistachio pesto, creamy Stracciatella cheese, and delicate Mortadella. The best combination of three ingredients. Mamma mia 🤤 The homemade pistachio pesto was a revelation, bursting with authentic flavor. The restaurant's commitment to quality shines through in their use of house-produced pistachios and pesto. See the attached pictures of the Sicilian pistachios. Oh my! The pizza crust was perfectly charred, providing a wonderful base for the gourmet toppings. This may well be the best pizza I've ever tasted, and certainly one of my most memorable meals. A must-visit for pizza lovers in Sicily! Cancel other plans and just eat this Bronte pizza here! I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance during a holiday, and it left me absolutely amazed! From the incredibly delicious food and generous portions to the outstanding service, the fantastic atmosphere, and the warm, friendly, and smiling staff – everything was simply perfect.

What impressed me the most was the Quattro Formaggi pizza – without exaggeration, the best I’ve ever had in my life! Even my friends at the table were shocked at how amazing it was. I also highly recommend the Cannolo with ricotta – truly the best I’ve tasted in all of Sicily.

I’ll definitely return to this place the very next time I’m in Sicily, especially for that unforgettable Quattro Formaggi!

We were quickly deciding where to eat lunch for 8 of us and happen to come across this restaurant conveniently located by Cathedral Nicolo. They accommodated us right away. We did not have high expectations but the family run business gave us a real surprise! Food was outstanding. A few of us had the Cour di Noto (pasta busiate with fennel pesto - local dish) was delicious and fresh, flavorful! Service, fantastic, friendly and warm. Had the wonderful pleasure to meet the family when checking out finishing with a friendly conversation and toast with limoncello! Grazie Umberto a te e alla tua famiglia per un pranzo memorable!
