Fantastic pizza with fresh ingredients. We chose the 5 grain (ancient grains) dough which is traditional for the region. It's slightly heavier but has a slight wholesome nutty flavour. We chose the pizza with pistachio and buffalo mozzarella. It was good to perfection with a crisp well cooked bottom (but not burnt) and a soft gooey texture. One of the best pizzas I have had. We ate it twice in one day, first we just got a couple of arranchinies which were amazing.

Then we come back for a salami pizza which also tasted wonderful.

I can't recommend this place enough - everything tastes amazing and it's super affordable.
