First of all, there is nothing to say about the food. It was well seasoned, tasty, temperatures of the dishes were on point and the prices are ok for the place. However you expect from this kind of restaurant to provide a meticulous service : They were slow in taking our drinks orders ; we had to ask fort it ! Then we receive our firsts courses before our drinks, and after around 3 minutes we asked for our drinks (I want to point that no one was worried that we were eating our first course without any drinks at all, it would be nice like any other restaurant to have the time to enjoy our drinks, cocktails, before the food) Then the service was very fast, we receive the 2nd course right after the first one. And no one was checking up on us to ask whether everything was fine or not, we also ask for the bread.

You might think that all this things are details but it hindered us to fully enjoy our dinner because we constantly cut our discussions to talk about those details.

Details makes perfection or at least above...

(The owner's response only further confirms my review, as I had escalated this to both waiters serving our section.) An extremely overrated experience. The restaurant's reinterpretation of Sardinian specialties is an insult to the island's cuisine, from the bland, overcooked culurgiones to the tough, flavorless polpo. The service was full of mistakes, including how nobody came to refill our water, the constant reaching across the table, and the seizing of plates before we were ready (we never even got to order a main course). I just don't see how this place "earned" its Michelin recognition.

EDIT in response to the managemnet: I did leave feedback with the waitstaff - with two separate individuals. We did not eat everything on our plates. I was not given an opportunity to speak to anyone else in the restaurant other than the waiters after I flagged the problems. I don't appreciate this duplicitous response to my review; if anything, it just confirms the issues I am calling out with...

My wife and I had the tasting menu while our son had a salmon fillet with vegetables. The salmon was good. The tasting menu, not so good. I debated writing this because there was effort put in and it’s a tasting menu (so we didn’t expect everything to be something we’d like), and the service was good… but for the price of the meal, I figure it’s worth providing feedback (as we opted not to after our meal since our kid was falling asleep at the table by the end of the night). So here it is: the portions are generous and the dessert was nice (sorbet + merengue & fruit) but the octopus was severely overcooked while nearly everything else (risotto, fish, etc.) was undercooked and some of the combinations were surprising (even for a tasting menu) - like the squirt of mayonnaise (?) on saffron risotto w/ prawn tartare or the combination of raw celery, mash potatoes, & white fish. I think the Michelin guide (how we found the restaurant) described it as a good value but im not sure that was...

Da dove iniziare?.. Partiamo dal principio.. accoglienza impeccabile, con un personale molto cortese e con particolare premura nel far sentire fin da subito il cliente a proprio agio. Location rilassante, curata nel minimo dettaglio, davvero particolare in ogni minimo angolo e soprattutto pulitissima. Dal momento che ti siedi vieni coccolato dai camerieri che ti dedicano una particolare attenzione, proponendoti consigli e alternative qualora si dovessero aver dubbi. Per molti è “normale”, ma garantisco che non tutti sono in grado di fare il proprio lavoro. Qui ci sono persone che lavorano con passione e ci mettono “anima e core”. Detto questo, passiamo al cibo.. qui credo fermamente che lo chef non abbia bisogno di recensioni, perché per me vale molte, ma molte stelle.. ogni piatto è personalizzato in maniera molto originale e mai scontato. Accostamenti inaspettati che ti conquistano solo a leggerli.. dal momento che assaggi entri in un mondo di piacere gustativo che ti permette di sentire ogni minimo sapore, permettendoti di apprezzare la qualità e la capacità di non sentire ingredienti che coprono altri ingredienti o che ne coprono altri. Presentazione originale e impeccabile in ogni cm del piatto, le foto non mentono.. l’occhio vuole la sua parte.. quando poi assaggi capisci la “qualitá e la bravura” di questo chef assolutamente meritevole. Prezzi super onesti, sinceramente consiglierei veramente a tutti di andarci.. se si vuole passare una serata tranquilla, una serata rilassante, una serata in cui stupire qualcuno.. persino la bambina ha apprezzato ogni singolo piatto, definendo lo chef da “100 stelle”.. perché si, anche il loro parere conta :) Personale tutto molto piacevole, specialmente il ragazzo che ci ha servito che è veramente riuscito ad accontentare ogni richiesta e a proporre alternative avvincenti. Torneremo sicuramente ad assaggiare i primi, dato che abbiamo avuto il piacere di mangiare solo antipasti e secondi. Perciò complimenti a tutto lo staff. Eccezionale 👍🏻 Se volete la qualità “Andateci”… mai soldi saranno spesi meglio che lì..

We had a break only when we were moved to the hotel lobby to finish our desserts. Despite this, this place seems to be very popular, so reservation is recommended
