We chose this restaurant because it looked lovely and had only 5-star reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. The service was extremely slow, and we felt ignored for most of our time there. The staff were very unprofessional, openly shouting and swearing at each other, which created an incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere.
To make matters worse, the music playing was either a radio or Spotify with frequent adverts, which made the ambience feel even more chaotic and awkward with constant interruptions.

The food itself is tasty, although it arrived cold and took nearly 2 hours to arrive. The meals arrived at different times, was cold, and everyone had finished their meal before another persons dinner had even arrived. We also had an issue with the starters where we were told by the waitresses that it was correct. We had to then call her again for a second time before she took us seriously, bringing the correct meal and saying âapologies from the kitchenâ. The waiting staff were extremely rude. On nous a installĂ©s dans une salle Ă lâintĂ©rieur, prĂšs dâune grande table dĂ©jĂ occupĂ©e, Ces personnes Ă©taient des amis du patron et quand le patron venait parler avec eux, il posait son derriĂšre sur notre table. Au moment oĂč nous avons Ă©tĂ© servi, jâai remarquĂ© quâil y avait des cheveux dans mon assiette, je lâai signalĂ© et on mâa dit quâon mâapportait un plat dans 2 minutes. RĂ©sultat, 15 minutes aprĂšs, mon copain avait fini de manger et je nâavais toujours pas Ă©tĂ© servie.
Je tiens Ă souligner que le serveur Ă essayer de faire au mieux et quâil sâest excusĂ©, cependant ça ne change pas que nous sommes déçus et que le comportement du patron est totalement dĂ©placĂ© autant envers les clients que ses propres employĂ©s.
TrÚs déçus de cette seconde expérience. Dommage, car le potentiel est là , mais la gestion et le respect du client...
