This place was a complete disaster from start to finish. My girlfriend and I were genuinely excited for the evening – we trusted the good reviews and expected a nice dinner. What we got instead was overpriced food, loud noise, and unbelievably rude service.
We were seated right next to blaring speakers, even though other tables were clearly available. The music was so loud we could barely talk – it felt more like a bad club than a restaurant.
But the biggest insult was the bill. They charged €20 for a pizza that was listed at €15 in the menu – which is already ridiculous for what we got. Even worse, they doubled the price of a non-alcoholic drink from €5 to €10 with no explanation. When we pointed it out, the staff didn’t apologize or try to fix it. Instead, we were rudely told that we “should have known” – as if it was our fault they charged more than what was printed in their own menu.
Only the pizza price was corrected. No apology, no attempt to make it right. Just arrogant, dismissive behavior that made it clear: they don’t care about customers – only about making money.
There is absolutely nothing authentic about this place. It’s a tourist scam pretending to be high-end. If you’re looking for a genuine pizza experience in Olbia, you’ll find much better food and friendlier service on almost any other corner.
Do yourself a favor: skip this restaurant. Total waste of time, money,...
Read moreI have a bit mixed feelings about this place. We were let in without a booking and the staff welcomed us well. Unfortunately they ran out of beef tartare which we wanted to order. Pizza del ciliegio was fairly okay but in my opinion it had too little sausage, was not baked enough (I like it a bit more crusty and brown) and the tomatoes on top were cold and raw. The roasted tuna was not properly served in my opinion - the interior was too cold. Tiramisu was not very well integrated - some parts of the biscuits were not soaked in coffee and were still crunchy. Overall the place felt quite understaffed - the staff members were running around and doing their best but I think there were too many guests for the number of staff members. The interior was just outstanding - one of the most well decorated restaurants I’ve been to in Italy, but just Sardinia. The crockery, glassware, cutlery - everything was really great. Prices were a bit on the higher end but I see how it can be justified given the interior, cutlery etc. Overall I’m not sure I’ll be back because of the hiccups with the food and the service but I think this place has a ton...
