First the good things, the location is spot on the main streat and easy to reach, and The main waiter was very nice and spoke good English. Now the bad things : 1: Shortly after being seated and given a menu, a second waiter showed up and took our menue away from us again, without a single word. It felt very rude and unwelcoming, but we just picked up a card from a different table. The card is hard to understand, mainly drinks, and rhe food items mixed in between, only listing one (overpriced) breakfast option. We ( Stupidly) went with it anyway. We ordered a tea, which was barely a whole cup, and a water, which turned out to be a plastic bottle generic brand one. The "breakfast" portion was laughable, horrible, grainy, scrambled egg, definitely from a package, 3 small slices of bacon, only 3 pieces of toast, so one and a half slices, some butter and marmalade and half a tomato plus some arugula as "decor". We ended up paying 50 euros for that very very small and lacking breakfast. It's propably our own fault for falling into that tourist trap, so please be smarter then us and dont go there.

We ordered one cheese burger, one fajitas and one cola. It costed for 18.50 euro. They did not put the extra fee for setting up the table which was great. Although we ordered only one boisson, but they gave too glasses of ice with a slice of lemon without extra charge. I liked it. The burger meat was cheap one but the other ingrédients like brioche and cheese was nice. I liked much the burger and the big fries. Fajitas was not great. But not bad here.

This is the “beautiful” salad that was suggested from the staff, absolutely dry and tasteless. My friend’s stake was not up to standards as well. We waited for our order more than 45 minutes and had to call the writer multiple times because kept forgetting what we wanted. In total we paid 56 euro for water, two beers, salad and a stake - compete rip off for the quality of food and service. Wouldn’t visit again.

We wanted to sit down to have a coffee and drinks on one of the outside tables, after which we were told we can’t sit down unless we have food. We were redirected inside to have drink and then told we can’t have coffee because it was 9:30pm and the coffee machine was off. Fine; we bought alcoholic drinks anyway, 5 mins later we see coffees being served to the customers who ordered food, so we asked another member of staff who said yes the coffee machine is on! The other member of staff overheard and said „we only serve coffee to people who order food” the whole experience within 10 minutes was absolutely shocking. In the meantime, we observed customers being ignored, told off for changing tables pushed by etc. 1 member of staff in particular- shocking customer service, rude, unprofessional and clearly needs to change jobs with the way his attitude to customers is ! Go next door - much better vibe. Won’t be going to this place again - don’t bother especially with so many places around for...

We had dinner at Mary Bistro four times during our stay in Olbia, and each visit was just as fantastic as the last. The food was consistently delicious — the sliced steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the tiramisu was easily one of the best we've had in Sardinia. Their draught beer selection was also a great surprise — fresh, cold, and a perfect match for the meals.

What made the experience even better was the vibrant atmosphere. Every night had something going on — from live music to a DJ, the entertainment added so much to the experience without ever feeling overbearing. You could tell the place has heart, with a great mix of locals and visitors all enjoying the vibe.

Highly recommend Mary Bistro if you're in Olbia — we kept coming back...
