Sehr gemütlich gelegen an einer kleinen, grünen Piazza mit alten Bäumen die selbst bei größter Hitze angenehmen Schatten spenden. Die Bar bietet guten Kaffee und eine stattliche Auswahl an Cocktails. Daneben gibt es Snacks, Eis und andere Getränke. Die Bar ist an einen Tabacci angeschlossen und bietet so noch alles was ein Kiosk zu bieten hat. Die Cocktails waren lecker und es gibt sie sogar alkoholfrei. Allerdings fand ich mein Sardinian Ice Tea war etwas alkoholarm. Deshalb ein Stern Abzug. Die Preise sind angemessen (vor allem beim Kaffee sehr gut)

Abbiamo fatto un aperitivo, ci ha accolto un cameriere molto gentile che alla richiesta di un semplice spritz ci ha consigliato di provare il loro. Cannonau, bitter malidea e gazzosa, che dire...uno spettacolo! Un gusto molto equilibrato, nè troppo dolce nè aspro, fresco e dissetante. Ci ha portato inoltre dei crostini alle olive, alcuni con crema di caprino e delle olive tipiche del luogo, tutto speciale! Grazie per questa bella esperienza, consiglio vivamente di provarlo, anche agli scettici perché né rimarrete entusiasta

Espaço exterior muito bonito, empregados muito simpáticos e relação preço qualidade muito boa (preços muito baixos). Têm gelados, cerveja e bebidas brancas. A escolha não é muita (o Whisky, por exemplo, teve de ser Jack Daniels), mas a beleza do local compensa. Os empregados são muito simpáticos e muito prestáveis. No nosso caso, ajudaram-nos a encontrar um bom sítio para comer um risoto de cogumelos e realmente foi uma recomendação muito boa.

Central Bar is the best! Had the most amazing service from Emilio of my entire time in Italy, and the drinks are to die for! They even have several mocktails to choose from which was great for me! Die Central Bar Di Solinas Anna Maria hat uns voll und ganz überzeugt. Wir haben verschiedene Getränke bestellt, und alle haben wirklich hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Atmosphäre in der Bar war sehr angenehm, unterstützt durch die im Hintergrund laufende Live-Musik, die wirklich gut war und das Ambiente zusätzlich aufgewertet hat.

Der Service war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Die Bedienung war äusserst freundlich und hat uns bestens betreut.
