Four of us had lunch here in early November and it was a first visit for us all. We didn’t know what to expect but we certainly didn’t expect anything like the fantastic meal we enjoyed. From the complimentary glass of quality Prosecco, artisan bread and Amuse Bouche to start, through the freshest of seafood and vegetable appetisers all the way to main courses this was high quality fine dining done in a really well appointed, traditional but yet modern setting. Seafood was great, my friends who had duck and steak loved their meal. The service was unobtrusive and really professional and friendly. The pace was perfect. I had a meeting after so I was limited to a 90 minute slot but I could have happily settled in here for a long lazy afternoon lunch and enjoyed another hour or so. It’s not cheap at 60/70 euro per person for lunch with one bottle of wine between four (remember…I had a meeting !!) but it’s exceptional value. Presentation and quality of ingredients was up there approaching Michelin standard. I will definitely be going back but next time I’ll have nothing arranged for afterward and look forward to a solid three hour proper lunch. During my recent visit to Puglia, I had the pleasure of dining at an exceptional restaurant that left a lasting impression on me. The view from the restaurant is out of this world, offering a breathtaking panorama of Ostuni town. It's just a minute away from the center, making it incredibly convenient to access while providing a tranquil escape with its stunning vistas.

The value for such an exquisite dining experience is unmatched. I genuinely believe this restaurant deserves a Michelin star. It’s the best I have ever tried, not just in Puglia but abroad as well.

I have already told all my friends about this hidden gem. The manager was incredibly nice, confident, and very charming, adding a personal touch to the impeccable service we received.

We had no idea that the amount of time we spent exploring churches in Salento would lead to the minor miracle we experienced at Dish in Ostuni -- a bona fide gourmet restaurant experience just minutes away from the historic center of the kind of tourist town that, while certainly worth exploring, isn't the kind of place you usually expect to just stumble into a temple of true food worship. This was a dining experience par excellence, and the service and atmosphere kept up with the high pace set by the amazing and creative food. We went two nights in a row, with plans for a third that were derailed only by accident, otherwise we'd have been back for even more. After the glorious first night, we just let them pick the food and wine for us, and it was divine. Before experiencing Dish, I might have been willing to consider arguing about whether Ostuni is the best base for exploring Salento, but just being able to go here and eat every night makes it a gospel to be followed faithfully.
