October 2023. Overlooks the bay and has outdoor seating a lovely location. Found staff a little rude and seemed intolerant of tourists, yet they are the ones who keep them in business. Decided to have just a seafood pizza and a beer. Would have liked to of tried more but the pizzas are huge. They actually cut pizza in half and served it on 2 separate trays. Seafood was fresh no frozen here and tasted delicious. It had mussels, pippi, octopus, calamari, prawns, Tomato, mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil and oregano. My only negative was that they put the fresh uncooked seafood on the top and put it in the oven leaving too much liquid on the base making it soggy but it was very tasty. Pizza and 2 beers €29. Would have liked to of tried more because everything we saw going out to tables looked appetizing.

I’m not sure why other people seem to be not very happy with this restaurant. We came here last year and here we are again this year! Yes, it’s always busy, but just get a number and wait! They would definitely love to serve you when it’s your turn. Food wise, we ordered Insalata di mare to start with, loads of seafood, lovely cold dish to increase appetite. I have seafood linguine for main and my partner have mixed fried fish, we are both very happy. Finish our plate completely! Grilled vegetables on the side are also tasty, refreshing! Would go back for sure! 😋

Siccome nessuno al ristorante mi ha chiesto se la serata fosse andata bene, mi sento in dovere di raccontarlo qui. Location molto bella, qualità del cibo buona (non posso dire di aver mangiato male), ma servizio alquanto deludente. Siamo in due, ordiniamo un antipasto di terra da dividerci, e poi un piatto a testa, rispettivamente una bistecca di tonno (cotta molto bene, davvero gustosa) ed un piatto di orecchiette con cime di rapa e acciughe, che chiediamo di far uscire insieme; coi secondi ordiniamo anche una porzione di verdure grigliate da dividerci. Qui iniziano i problemi: 1. nessuno quando abbiamo ordinato ci ha detto che l’antipasto di terra e la porzione di verdure grigliate erano praticamente lo stesso piatto (che quindi ci siamo mangiati due volte); 2. il tonno arriva insieme al contorno di verdure grigliate e nel frattempo aspetto il mio piatto di orecchiette; dopo cinque minuti chiedo ad una cameriera che con scortesia mi risponde “arriverà…”; dopo altri cinque minuti un cameriere mi chiede se stessi aspettando qualcosa e gli spiego che sto attendendo il piatto di orecchiette; dopo altri 10 minuti arriva il piatto di orecchiette (il tonno era già - giustamente - finito e avevo già finito la mia mezza porzione di verdure); 3. il piatto di orecchiette (vedi foto) era ricco di cime di rapa, ma pur avendo cercato a fondo nel piatto e nel condimento, non sono riuscito a trovare più di un’acciuga: insomma, più che un piatto, una poverata. Non posso assolutamente dare più di due stelle ad un posto ricco di potenzialità ma con una cura nei confronti del cliente alquanto zoppicante.

We tried to eat in here another night but sadly they dont do reservations. At first I was worried as the guy doing the door wasn't the most polite but we did get a table soon. They were quick to take our orders and serve us starters. We got some sparkling rose which was nice but had to send back our house wine (without any fuss from the waiters) as it was either bad or off.

But when the food came it was all great, all of our table was more than happy. The ragu sauce was amazing as was the pizza sauce, one of the best in town packed with flavour and not watery. Sadly they had run out of my mixed seafood grill but I ordered the orchetta with seafood which was really nice and better portions than most. It has a great view out to see and a perfect place for people watching, so far our best meal in town and didnt cost a lot. Odd that it has worse reviews to the place down the street we ate in last night which...

I understand customs are different across countries, but this restaurant is horrible. As my family of four sat down to eat, we were told that our order was too small to warrant us staying at the restaurant. We ordered two sandwiches and a pizza to share, water (which you pay for), and two sodas. The rude and inconsiderate woman tending our table was the worst. We've been on holiday in this beautiful country for five weeks and this was the first interaction like this that I've encountered. I'm well versed in copperto. And I've heard about minimum charges, but from what we ordered, this was ridiculous for a beach-side trattoria.
