ENRI'S PIZZA — Restaurant in Padua

I ordered a takeaway pizza here. When the waiter handed me the box I asked her to cut the pizza for me which she did hesitantly( I understood why when I got home). The pizza was completely burned. I saw burns on the edges and the restaurant was smelling like burnt food. But I never thought that someone, especially someone running a business, would dare to do this. I didn't go back, since I don't speak good Italiano to explain this as I had to use sign language to tell them to cut the pizza into slices. Additionally, as a man of color, the atmosphere from the servers felt pushy.( Just wanted a good pizza). La pizza è buona ma la signora alla cassa è una maleducata: non saluta quando entri (a meno che non ti conosce e allora addirittura chiacchiera) e se non mi fossi alzata io per ordinare avrei dovuto aspettare chissà quanto tempo prima che venisse a chiederci cosa mangiavamo. Ma non solo. Quando abbiamo chiesto la fattura ci ha detto che lei non la fa e non è obbligata per legge. Forse la signora dovrebbe informarsi meglio perché la legge dice esattamente il contrario. Vorrei aggiungere, vista la risposta della signora, che è anche una bugiarda. So bene chi era al bancone quando discutevamo della fattura. Family place... Very far from my hotel, ended up there by mistake and had a good pizza and chat, I kinda vented my frustration so, thanks for that.... Pizza is good, maybe the tomato sauce can be improved, please don't hate...
