Avevo grandi aspettative da questa pizzeria ma sono rimasto abbastanza deluso. Le pizze sono molto buone ma ci sono diversi aspetti di cui non sono stato soddisfatto. Mi spiego in dettaglio. Sono stato qui due volte. Per entrambe ho aspettato davvero parecchio. La prima volta le pizze sono arrivate dopo ben 1 ora e 10 min dal momento dell'ordine... Nessuna spiegazione e nessuna scusa dal personale. Un cameriere passava e continuava a dirci: adesso escono le vostre, le vostre sono nel forno etc. Dopo 40 minuti le nostre birre erano finite e la fame avanzava. Dal servizio non è arrivato nulla per cercare di alleviare l'attesa: niente bruschette, niente patatine, neanche un pezzetto di pane e neanche una spiegazione. Insomma assolutamente niente per provare a scusarsi del disagio e/o compensare in qualche modo. Delle scuse all'arrivo delle pizze sarebbero state ben accette e comunque sufficienti. A posteriori, a conto pagato, ho sentito da persone che stavano fumando fuori dal locale, che mancava uno dei due pizzaioli. Non so dirvi se fosse vero, ma ok, nel caso, ci poteva anche stare. Gli imprevisti accadono. Tuttavia, nel qual caso, sarebbe opportuno avvisare il cliente e magari scusarsi di un ritardo così protratto. Soprattutto perché al momento di pagare il conto hanno voluto anche le monete e non ci hanno neppure offerto un amaro. Io avrei rifiutato entrambe le cose, come in genere faccio (non posso più bere amari...), ma avrei apprezzato lo sforzo, il provare a rimediare e/o lo scusarsi per un disagio creato. Non vi ho detto che avevamo prenotato e neanche in fase di prenotazione ci avevano detto che ci sarebbero stati disagi. La seconda volta è andata leggermente meglio e le pizze sono arrivate dopo 48 min (stavolta cronometrati) dall'ordine. Non voglio trarre conclusioni affrettate, ma dalle mie due uniche esperienze direi che i tempi di attesa non sono brevissimi. Spero che non sia la norma.

Veniamo alla pizza. Troppo sottile! Avete capito bene. Nonostante i cornicioni enormi, nella parte centrale la pizza è sottilissima. Inoltre trovo che il condimento non sia adeguato. Avrei preferito un condimento più generoso. Le pizze sono buone, non posso e non voglio dire il contrario, ma le trovo un po' scondite e trovo strano avere cornicioni tanto spessi e una pizza tanto sottile nella parte centrale. L'impasto mi ha dato l'impressione di essere di alta qualità e durante le fasi successive alla cena non ho avuto particolarmente sete. Molto bene da questo punto di vista.

In conclusione vi consiglio di andare da Amabile in una serata in cui il locale non è troppo affollato. Se vi piace la pizza molto soffice, col cornicione spesso, ma mooolto sottile nella parte centrale, questa pizzeria fa al caso vostro. La eviterei il venerdì e il sabato sera.

PS: due volte su due io e le persone con cui sono andato abbiamo mangiato solo pizze. Sul resto non saprei fornire nessuna...

Went for a dinner in the evening, were a lot of free tables inside, ordered drinks, starter and 2 pizzas. Drinks and a starter came in 10-15 minutes, were still expecting to get pizzas later so didnt think of anything wrong, then a group of 8 people came and sat close to us, had their orders taken which also included drinks and pizzas. Of course, after an hour of waiting since our orders taken and that group coming 30-35 mins later, they got their pizzas before us. We could not wait any more so we went to the bar to complain of this situation. The waitress that took our order had audacity to tell us that we have not ordered pizzas, and didnt think of anything wrong of us just sitting for 30-40 minutes with our drinks, not even asking if anything is alright. Friendly staff, but chaotic and little space between tables: as the staff passed each table they knocked it and chairs so close you hit the chair behind - the couple next to us left complaining that she was constantly be bumped by the staff while serving other tables. We waited over an hour and a half for the food to arrive and had to remind them twice to bring our drinks. When the food did arrive it was not of the best quality. Two of us had to eat a meat dish as there was no option for a pizza as there was no lactose free options: when we asked the simple response was 'no nothing just pizza without cheese'. Mentioning all of this at the end when paying we were told, 'it's Saturday what do you expect, we don't have time with all these people'. Not somewhere to visit again when the manager has...
