Very good restaurant pizzeria gluten free! / Ottimo ristorante pizzeria per celiaci !

PIZZA It is my favourite gluten free pizza so far. The pizza dough has a good taste and they cook it always at the right point. I have tried it without tomato sauce (pizza bianca) and that's normally more difficult to cook at the right point, but they managed well. They also have vegan cheese that leaves a creamy texture and milky flavour in the mouth as real cheese would.

RESTAURANT DISHES Also the dishes from the restaurant are very good. The vegetables are fresh and of the season. The dishes are rich. They have also a good choice of tasty desserts, with both gluten free, vegan and milk free options.

MENU AND ALLERGENS They have all allergens in the menu and they indicate which dishes can be also gluten free. They mark the gluten free dishes with a small flag on a toothpick so that the waiters are also aware to handle the food with more care to avoid contamination.

LOCATION/PLACE The place is clean. They have tables both inside in a small private courtyard facing an area withiut traffic, and they have nice cozy internal area as well.

It was last year in October when my friend and me discovered this nice place. We spent a long day at the Classic Car Fair and were already tired and hungry when we found the restaurant. Already when we entered, the charming atmosphere was already telling us that the dinner will fulfil all of our expectations. We had pizza, enjoyed a dessert and drank some beer. I can't tell much about the other food, however pizza and dessert met all my expectations. They also offer gluten-free as an option for both food and beer! In your memories, places tend to be nicer then they are in reality, however I was proven the opposite. A few days ago, I visited the place for a second time during a short trip to Italy and everything was like in my memories. Cosy atmosphere, nice service and good food - also my friend said that she likes the place! All in all you should definitely check out this place and convince yourself. I will definitely return next time...

Incredible variety of pizzas, you can chose flour...whole grain, spelt, gluten-free, then there is the pizza type, impasto, Classic or Napoli, and also lactose free mozzarella, they also have a strictly vegan selection. Pizza it self is good, not amazing but good and well digestible...I didn't get the often inevitable bolos of pizza reforming for final levitation in my stomach, actually and another half pizza split with a friend. Lighting fast service, though yes it was early August in a nearly empty Padova.
