We stayed in Palermo in September this year. Our host recommended Bar Marocco. After we tried it once, we went there nearly every morning of our stay. The food tastes so good. They had several vegetarian options, and I really loved the pastry with cheese and spinach. The Cappuccino is amazing. The best I had in Palermo. You should also try the pistachio- drink (forgot the proper English name). It tastes unbelievable. Also, the staff is so kind and helpful. Because we couldn't speak Italian, the waiters always took us inside and explained the several food options. We really recommend this place. It is a must if you are in Palermo. The orange granita will rest in my dreams until the next...

Other tables of locals were receiving the salty snack with there spritz but we had to finally ask for ours. Salty snack should always be served with Aperol. Seems like they were trying to rip off tourists. There are so many wonderful establishments that are friendly and welcoming, why would anyone choose this place? Go...
