Trinacriamojito - rum infused with Marsala, lemon juice, sugar cane, mint, Sicilian soda “Gassosa”, salvia and basil. Very fresh, playful notes of mint, basil and salvia let you enjoy the drink even afterwards.

And for whiskey lovers, I recommend you to try Rinoleina - whiskey rye, angostura, orgeat, lemon juice, smoked with chestnuts. Bold and complex taste of whiskey smoked with chestnuts well balanced with fresh lemon notes might amaze you for the rest of your evening.

This bar is a gem! The cocktails are absolutely amazing, crafted with care and creativity. The location is perfect for an aperitivo—relaxed, atmospheric, and ideal for watching the world go by. The staff are super friendly, and the platter that comes with the drinks is delicious—a real highlight.

The only downside, and it’s a significant one, is that they don’t accept Apple Pay or contactless payments, which can be really inconvenient if you’re not expecting it. You’ll need to bring a physical card or cash, so it’s best to know that in advance.
