Been here several times, it's a great spot for a late night burger. Food always been great apart from last time where the toppings were way too vinegary.. the staff said they do it without a recipe every day so this is probably where the inconsistent flavour comes from. It's located on a very busy street with lots of nightlife but there is no seating other than very wobbly benches that one has to squeeze onto the kerb. Holys**t finally a real juicy greasy tasty mouth watering burger in Palermo. We tried the special hamburger with bacon and smoked Mayo along with the pollo burger both in a potato bun!... my god that Mayo is incredible, the meat in both was juicy and succulent and the buns were so soft and fluffy! Will definitely be back, thank you MAD you’ve raised the bar for burgers in Palermo!

We came from Spain and ordered to MAD Sicily randomly, and we were not disappointed! I wish we had such quality burgers here in Spain at THAT price. It may have been the best burgers I've ever tried, even if we ordered them instead of getting them on the spot, the quality was unmatched. The only thing i can recommend to improve is the size of the brownies, they are too small. Maybe charge a little bit more and make them bigger?
