HANA — Restaurant in Palermo

About three weeks ago, a friend of us invited us to this Japanese restaurant, saying that they had the best sushi in town. Well, we had some really nice dishes (their noodles were delicious and I also loved their maki-mix). However, the place was highly commercial: the waiters were dressed like street-boys and the place got overcrowded and extremely noisy pretty soon. It was more of a sushi-race and not a relaxing dinner. However, they really charge little for their food: we paid 25 euros for an adult (all you can eat). There was very little Japanese about the restaurant, it seemed more like a sushi-McDonald's. Might not go back...

What to say? All-You-Can-Eat to the paper (that you can order as many times as you want from the menu to the waiter and get everything on the table right) with a quality of sushi and sashimi do not understand where is the catch! A mecca for lovers of raw fish. But even for those who love Chinese food. Very good, almost the quality of the good restaurants!

Vorrei davvero dare più di 4 stelle, perchè è un ristorante che merita molto. Il servizio è stato quasi impeccabile, camerieri davvero gentili e disponibili. Purtroppo, a causa della confusione dovuta al locale strapieno, mi è stato portato il dessert come penultimo piatto, ma sono venuti subito a scusarsi sia quando se ne sono accorti che quando ho lasciato il locale. Bagni pulitissimi e ben attrezzati, aggiungo. Dal punto di vista della pulizia, non c'è nulla di cui lamentarsi. Passando alle portate, il menu è sì, molto vasto, ma poteva dare di più, basando sulle mie esperienze passate con altri locali. Per il resto, ho mangiato divinamente, fatta eccezione per qualche piatto che apprezzo un po' di più in altri locali, ma sempre molto buono, e l'impiattamento ha uno stile molto carino. Una pecca individuata nel menu sta nel fatto che non è possibile distinguere i prodotti freschi da quelli surgelati, che in genere vengono individuati tramite un asterisco. Alla fine, ho anche ottenuto uno sconto molto generoso sul prezzo (già ben proporzionato alle portate) e un buono sconto da utilizzare la prossima volta che ci sarei andata. Ne...
