One of the worst experiences I had in Palermo in an entire month. Service was ok, however, food was far from ok. We took a plate of hot appetiser, which was mostly fried fries and a few other small fried pieces. We ordered a couple of pizzas as the mains, but that was unlike the review at that time. Visually, it looked fine, but taste was bad for both Gourmet and Seven Tastes. One was barely edible, super salty, ham was something hard to describe and the flavors didn't go well with each other. Another was also super soggy and slushy. I didn't even imagine I could get something bad like what we got especially in Sicily. Sadly, the only good part was a bottle of water and I'm not exaggerating. Maybe it was a bad day in the kitchen, but nothing similar should be taken to the customer. Highly recommend to...

We came all the way from Paris 🇫🇷 It’s Thursday, a regular weekday. On their website the only booking method listed was a WhatsApp number 📱 Yesterday, I made a reservation at another restaurant (which I won’t name) and they were incredibly kind and accommodating with my children, aged 3 and 1 👶👶

Tonight we showed up here at 7 PM — the place was EMPTY — and we were told they were “fully booked” ❌ They didn’t even have the decency to feel sorry for us or try to help 😡 Not even the slightest arrangement was offered, despite the fact we had small children. And again, their site only gives a WhatsApp number for reservations 🤦‍♀️

It’s a SHAME 😤 In Paris, we would never treat Italian tourists like this. I will make sure this unacceptable experience is shared...

This place is nice but the service (maybe of the kitchen) is quite bad. We were there with 1 pregnant woman and 1 small child and we were very hungry. The first appetizer was fast, but then there was nothing else. No appetizer anymore, no main course, no one said to us anything. After more than 1 hour we asked them and they said the food was ready. However after 10 minutes more there was again nothing. We felt they didnt care for us, so we decided to pay and go to somewhere else to find at least something for the child to eat, although every restaurants were mostly closed at 10pm. This was really the WORST experimence I had ever!...
