T-Bone Station — Restaurant in Parma

Food was decent and I was not unhappy with what I had. However, we were a large booking. We sat at 7.30 pm and by 9.10 half of our group still had no food. We ordered more drinks but they failed to arrive. One of our group tried to politely bring it to the managers attention in private but the manager would only address him once he was sat back the the table. I appreciate that it was a very large booking, and I know it is incredibly difficult to serve a large group but I feel it is totally unacceptable to serve half a table and leave the other...

Per me è un ni! Ma tornerò di sicuro. Sono stata qui col mio ragazzo settimana scorsa perché avevamo voglia di una bella grigliata mista. Abbiamo preso come antipasto delle polpettine di pulled pork, non male ma non so la consistenza e il gusto dentro non mi hanno fatta impazzire. Prezzo 8€ per 6 pezzi, è ok. Poi grigliata mista da 1 kg perché ovviamente eravamo in 2, cottura medium well. (Sui 50 euro) Ci portano un piatto con 2 filetto di manzo, 2 braciole, 2 salsiccie piccole aperte e tagliata di pollo...alla vista scarsa a livello di quantità, buona la carne come sapore ma ci ho messo una vita a masticarla, non so se per la cottura scelta. La vera pecca i contorni, ne avete 2 a scelta con la tagliata da 1 kg, tra patatine sottili, quelle grosse e patata al cartoccio...abbiamo preso 1 di patatine grosse e 1 patata al cartoccio con cheddar. Le patatine erano in un secchiello mini della grandezza di un bicchiere e la patata al cartoccio non mi è piaciuta molto. Sconsolati e insoddisfatti siamo andati a mangiare un gelato, dopo aver pagato 64 euro per mangiare poco e bere acqua. Altra cosa la cameriera era molto appiccicosa, neanche il tempo di sederci che ci chiede se vogliamo l'acqua, torna dopo 30 secondi e ci dice le promo che neanche avevamo guardato il menù, ogni 2 minuti li a vedere...aiuto! Tornerò per i panini perché non boccio totalmente il posto ma c'è tanto che si...

We arrived at 7.30 with a reservation that had been double checked an hour previously and was originally booked over a week ago. We got our first bit of food at 8.40 and had then after nearly TWO HOURS there were people who hadn't been served from our group.
