Esperienza indimenticabile per il nostro anniversario!

Abbiamo scelto Quebracho per celebrare il nostro 14° anniversario, e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore! Situato nel cuore di Pescara, questo ristorante combina alla perfezione l’arte della steakhouse con quella della mixology, offrendo un’esperienza unica e raffinata.

Sin dall’ingresso siamo stati accolti con un cocktail di benvenuto che sembrava uscito da uno show: un gin tonic con panna agrumata e una sfera di passion fruit, una vera esplosione di creatività e gusto. Gli antipasti sono stati un viaggio tra sapori unici e ricercati, come il plateau di formaggi da tutto il mondo e i tacos gourmet con pollo, maiale teriyaki e manzo brasato.

Per i primi, siamo rimasti conquistati dalle "Pallotte Cacio&Ovo" e dagli "Atomic Gyoza", questi ultimi abbinati a un carpaccio di manzo di altissima qualità. La tagliata di Angus che abbiamo condiviso come secondo è stata una vera sorpresa: servita con lardo, miele, mandorle e pecorino, ogni boccone era un equilibrio perfetto di sapori.

A completare la serata, un dolce chiamato "Namelaka" che ci ha lasciato senza parole: cioccolato bianco, caramello salato, arachidi e popcorn, una chiusura da sogno per una cena perfetta.

Da sottolineare anche i cocktail: il "Falso Tiki", flambé e speziato, e lo "Shuttle Punch", con un cubo di ghiaccio al karkadè, erano un’esperienza sensoriale a sé stante.

Il personale è stato sempre cortese e attento, contribuendo a rendere la nostra serata ancora più speciale. Quebracho è un ristorante che merita assolutamente di essere visitato, sia per una cena romantica che per una serata all’insegna dell’alta cucina e del buon bere.

we were looking for a cocktail bar and this one impressed us as soon as we saw it. really beautiful modern bar. when we opened the menu with drinks and food, we knew that we could not find a better place. when we arrived we received a welcome cocktail. the staff was really nice. we ordered QB SEA EXPERIENCE - DIFFERENTLY RAW, it was crazy how it tasted. then we ordered a taco mix and I also recommend that. thank you very much it was amazing. what's worth mentioning is the tacos were handmade and I've never had...

Our waiter was really courteous and attentive. The Australia Wagyu (jack’s I think) was rich in flavor especially since it was so marbleized (absolutely no need for any of the sauces they offer, maybe a touch of salt or pepper but nothing more). From the starter drink from the mixology dept to the dessert everything was right on cue. Our waiter suggested and paired great wines to our meals. The pizza is definitely their own.
