Trattoria La Forchetta — Restaurant in Piacenza

I normally don’t comment nor give reviews but this place is to avoid, there is no way they pass a basic sanitary control, it’s so dirty, the kitchen is far from standards, most of the dishes are not freshly made, that’s why they try to keep the door close as much as possible when someone is paying, and the bathrooms are disgusting. When we pointed out that it was not possible to use them in those conditions, they said that they didn’t have the time to clean it and if we weren’t happy we could go somewhere else. The service was horrible with two women running around and understanding nothing of what we ordered. And at the payment not even a word on the incidents or a simple apology for their mistakes with orders, all we got is their attitude like they don’t...

I dined pasta at a fantastic place tonight that I found on Google. The staff and the owner were extremely polite and friendly, and the food was delicious! I am praised for this unique and clean restaurant; despite reading a negative review (only one because all the others were great ), I decided to trust my instincts and the photos, and I'm glad I did. I'm confident the person who left the bad review must have been mistaken or was referring to a different place because my experience was fantastic.

I will recommend it to everyone who likes pasta and delicious desserts.

an excellent lunch! everything we tried was fantastic. we started with typical cold cuts that melted in our mouths and gnocco fritto, freshly made and probably the best I’ve ever had. bread and condiments were on the house, with plenty of refills.

the tortelli and tagliatelle were both delicious, and even the vegetables were packed with flavor. to top it all off, dessert was amazing.

the service was kind but a bit rushed, they almost took my plate while i was still eating. aside from that, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy some...
