No one told us that this was a buffet restaurant where you can eat all you can with a fixed price. Even the tablet menu didn't display this. The attitude of one of the staff was really bad. We don't speak Italian and then she started speaking a language I don't speak to me. That's not a problem, the problem is when she tried to speak English to us, we couldn't understand her English, it was really broken, but then she gave us some kind of attitude as if it was our fault. We then ate as if it was a normal restaurant and did not order too much, because the food that had the price displayed was quite expensive (we later figured out that these are added cost not included in the fixed price we had to pay, again, nothing showed on the menu or by the staff). When we were about to pay, we couldn't understand the bill and asked the details for each thing we ordered. The mentioned above girl again looked like she lost all her patience with us. When we understood that we can eat as much as we can, we asked to come back and eat more since my boyfriend was not full. We hadn't paid yet and we just left the table for 2 mins, but she said we couldn't because the table was cleaned up. I was annoyed with the attitudes and walked out but then called them again after 5 mins and asked for the manager to complain. But then, I guessed I talked to the same girl, maybe because she was the only one who speak a bit of English in the restaurant. There was no apologies, no asking us to come back or anything. We ended up paying nearly 60 euro, twice as much as we usually spend, but my boyfriend still had to go and buy a pizza to fill up. It was a really bad experience, the food did not live up to the price or to the displayed pictures in the menu, and the attitude really made us lose all...
Read moreIf you are an only english speaker this restaurant is not for you. The staff does not speak English, and is unable to correctly inform you the rules of the restaurant. We went there thinking it was a normal restaurant where you pay per dish served, but discovered later it was a buffet when paying. It does not look like a buffet, and we did also not find this information displayed in their tablet menu. When figuring this out while we were about to pay, they did not allow us to re-enter and continue eating because the table was cleaned off. This whole scenario happened in less than 2 minutes. We payed 58 euros for a meal maybe worth 25 euros. The same girl who didn't allow us to re-enter also had an attitude to us during the entire visit. We are very aware that mochi is a dessert, but if we want to eat it early on, we should be able to do so. She also gets angry when you are unable to understand her broken English. In another chinese restaurant we went to we used translation services, and other customers to communicate easily and correctly. This girl will just throw you an attitude if you can't speak either Italian or Chinese.
She is probably the one who responds to comments on google reviews - And as you can see, she has a very rude attitude, they have nothing to apologize for and they are...
Read moreWe went there for my birthday and I will say the sushi here is excellent! It was probably one of the best sushis I've had in my entire life. One could see the place was quite popular among the locals and all tables were occupied. Here comes the not-so-fun part: I ordered my philadelphia roll at 8:54 and at 9:45 I started sending a reminder on the iPad every ten minutes to the kitchen - to no avail. At 10:10 my partner got angry and got up to talk to the person at the cash register. The people sitting on the table opposite were however already arguing with her. Their child had actually fallen asleep on the table, it had taken so long to get their food. Imagine being there on your birthday and then waiting over an hour to get the food, it was a bit frustrating. I love that they have this modern technology of ordering over an iPad and the food is top notch with a lot of variety, but they need more staff (I was there on a weekday during off-season...
