Zara — Local services in Pisa

Very unfriendly stuff. We asked 3 people (some of them twice) to get an answer for our question. Finally we recognised that the look we liked in the window was not available in the shop. This is ridiculous. If I walk down the street and like smth in the window of the shop I expect to have a chance to buy it in this shop (not only online). Strange marketing....

Even got shamed for not giving my phone number or email for the recept🤣 “I guess you don’t care about the environment” I think the woman should find a more sustainable job if she wants to be taken seriously...

Horrible pick up order experience, because it’s the 2nd time that an Item is missing from the order. Staff said it’s on the way… when the order confirmed...
