Dining at Trattoria da Michelone was an experience straight out of a dream—una serata indimenticabile. From the moment we sat down, we were wrapped in the warmth of true Italian hospitality. L’ambiente è accogliente, rustico, e pieno di carattere—a place where every detail whispers tradition.
I ordered the ravioli and was absolutely blown away. Each bite was a tender pillow of pasta, lovingly handmade and filled with the freshest, most delicate flavors. Un piatto da sogno. My husband had the zuppa di pesce, a generous bowl brimming with seafood, depth, and soul—it tasted like the sea itself was singing in the broth.
We followed our meal with a round of cannoli that were crisp, creamy, and just sweet enough to feel indulgent without being heavy. Perfettamente bilanciati. And of course, we couldn’t resist a few sips of limoncello—bright, zesty, and the perfect end to the meal. I also tried the osterica limoncello (what a discovery!)—bold, smooth, and unlike anything I’ve had before.
The red wine they suggested paired beautifully with our food—corposo e avvolgente, it made each flavor shine. Every course, every sip, every moment felt curated with love and authenticity.
In a world of rushed meals and generic menus, Trattoria da Michelone is a sacred pause—a place where food becomes arte and guests become amici.

Read moreFood and Service Review The photo shows two main courses. One appears to be seafood spaghetti and the other is fried chicken with french fries. The seafood spaghetti is visually appealing, with a rich sauce covering the pasta and several pieces of shellfish, suggesting a classic approach to Mediterranean cuisine. The presentation is neat, and the dish is served on a blue plate, which creates a good contrast. The chicken and fries dish is simple, yet classic. The chicken looks crispy and well-cooked, and the fries are a golden-brown color, indicating proper preparation. A lemon slice and fresh salad are served with the chicken, adding color and freshness, and helping to balance the flavors. Although the dishes are served on classic plates, the glasses and cutlery are neat. A drink, a cocktail, and a soda are also visible on the table, which completes the experience. Overall, based on the visual presentation, the dishes were prepared with attention to detail and served in an enticing way, which is crucial for a...
Read moreWe were looking for a nice place to have dinner and, from the outside, it really seemed a great place: warm atmosphere and with a lot of people inside (it was 10 p.m., so I thought it could be a good sign). Unfortunately it was NOT a good experience. The waiter took our order more than half an hour after we were given the table and it took another hour to get our pizzas. I didn't like that pizza at all. Probably the oven (electric/gas) was set at a too high temperature: the pizza was overcooked in the bottom and raw on the top!! I usually like high pizza, more similar to bread or focaccia, but this one...the taste wasn't even good. We also took some fries and we weren't able to finish them: dry and spongy. It's not an expensive place, but I wouldn't come back. Despite all those problems I had the feeling that the family that works here really give its best trying to work properly; they're nice, but also completely...
