Our first trip to Italy, and my girlfriend is gluten intolerant (I know, the main ingredient in pasta and pizza is gluten, so finding somewhere to eat wasn't easy!)
We were trying to avoid the tourist trap restaurants and found la pizza Magica, already with excellent reviews and deemed the wizard of Gluten free! I have to say these were some of the best pizzas we've ever eaten! They were delicious! Our first night we got take away and cycled back to our B&B, even though they were cold and crushed, they were good enough to bring us back again to eat in and try it hot, it did not disappoint! The gluten free Pizza was as good as the regular and they even Hand make gluten free deserts!
Secondly the price is ridiculously cheap! €6+10 euro for a pizza that good should be a crime!

I had an amazing gluten free calzone and couldn't keep the smile off of my face. It was delicious! My wife had a non-gluten free pizza and couldn't finish it even though it was so good! The portion sizes are very good so you won't go hungry. A great selection of gluten free beers too, so if you are gluten free and heading to Pisa, this is an absolute MUST!
