Strange… really good flavours like rosehip-sage-lemon or chocolate-orange but in pear-chocolate or ordinary straciatella you’ll find not even one piece of chocolate… What went wrong in the making process? Listen, we had a nice dinner and just needed a little sweet treat. While all the other gelado places had closed we ended up at Rufus. We thought the name was cheeky and cute. The store itself is cute, has tons of gelado flavors, and was clearly listed with prices and flavors. The staff was super friendly, the one girl working was nice enough to let us sample Rufus’ flavor, which was yummy! The gelado itself was super creamy and cool, the flavor was there and fresh. The cone was super good, and almost had a sweet vanilla type flavor. We ate the entire gelado. Overall, the gelado was superb and we would’ve been back had we been staying in the area. We went to this place, very randomly for our daily gelato. We went for the basic flavors : pistachio and white chocolate.

It was the creamiest, smoothest, most intensely flavored gelato I have ever had in my life. Every bite felt like I was experiencing it for the first time.

Now, I am no gelato connoisseur, but I trust my flavor buds, and my flavor buds were telling me to sell my house, use the money to buy the biggest diamond ring and marry my cup of gelato.
