Pizzeria Trattoria da Giovanni Pisakech — Restaurant in Pisa

The worst restaurant I've ever been to, I ordered a carbonara pasta and the pasta had a lot of oil and pieces of egg as if they had fried an egg and mixed it into the pasta, when I called the waiter to ask if it would be possible to adjust my pasta or bring me another one, the waiter didn't know what to say and called the owner of the restaurant, the owner then came close to the table and I tried to speak only to him hear very quietly what had happened, He acted as if he hadn't heard and then shouted at me and all the people at the surrounding tables started looking, and then he started shouting that it was the way he sells carbonara pasta in his restaurant and if I don’t like it is not his problem and walked away. I swear I wanted to cry I felt very mistreated, I felt he was rude because I'm not Italian and also because I don't speak Italian well, the onwer also yells at employees all the time and the environment has a very heavy energy because he is apparently very stressed, so I don’t recommend this place for tourist and non locals.

We went there, we wanted pizza, because it said pizzeria, but they didn't have it till evening. They didn't speak English and it was awkward to order. Didn't have menu, they just had it on the wall. The only think we could've ordered were Spaghetti. I asked the chef if he could make spaghetti Bolognese and then he said no problem but the spaghetti came without meat. Ridiculous. Busy low-budget place. Waited for 15 min to even get the menu and then had to wait again to order. Staff is obviously very stressed. Really bad service. My “Penne Gamberi” consisted of the cheapest noodels + shells of gamberi. There was no actual gamberi in the pasta. We also had bugs on the bread which made me stop eating any of the food we ordered. I am giving this feedback so the owner changes something about the service and the quality of the food so that no other customer has to...
