I had a great time eating my dinner at Karma Pizza&Fritti tonight. firstly, the place is very cozy and welcoming! The menu has a great variety of choices, here you will find authentic pizzas and innovative tastes that are not generally found in other places. The pizza was great and all the ingredients were top quality and fresh. The price was also super convenient. The real icing on the cake was the fantastic service. The waitress Lucia was commited to great service. She was very polite and sweet with us and with the other customers, making us feel at home and being very helpful in recommending the pizzas and fried foods. Da molto tempo, mia sorella proponeva di provare la pizza di questa pizzeria e quindi ieri, sabato 28/12 chiamo e ordino 4 pizze singole: 3 margherita, 1 capricciosa e 1 porzione di patatine media per le ore 19.15 (anche se la ragazza molto gentilmente mi dice che loro iniziano a preparare la pizza nel momento in cui il cliente arriva lì e penso sia giustissimo. Penso questo sia fatto un po' per evitare di preparare pizze che poi magari non vengono ritirate, un po' per il fatto che se il cliente arriva tardi, poi trova la pizza fredda). Arrivati in pizzeria, il mio ordine è stato confermato e le pizze sono state preparate. L'atmosfera della pizzeria mi è piaciuta molto, complice anche la presenza dell'albero e addobbi natalizi. Le ragazze alla cassa super gentili e anche il resto del personale. Mi è piaciuto il fatto che i forni erano a vista, perché mi affascina vedere il lavoro dei pizzaioli. Il servizio è stato molto veloce, ci sono molti ragazzi e appunto due forni. Per 4 pizze e una porzione di patatine medie abbiamo pagato 22 euro. La pizza molto bella esteticamente e soprattutto molto leggera come piace a me. Il cornicione molto morbido. Se ne è scesa una meraviglia, non mi sono affatto sentita appesantita anzi è così buona, che un'altra fetta l'avrei presa. Avendo problemi alimentari, odio quando la pizza mi rimane sullo stomaco fino al giorno dopo e odio l'effetto sgradevole di sete da cammello e questa pizza non mi ha fatto questo effetto e sono stata super felicissima. My first pizza in the Napolitano region and it was superb! Perfectly baked, crispy and chewy, the gluten content near perfect. The tomato sauce was balanced and fresh, the mozzarella perfect and the sausage delicious.
