Absolutely fantastic experience! Situated in a very picturesque and beautiful garden setting which gives you a feeling of privacy and luxury. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about their menu. Our waiter answered all our questions about the menu and even had extensive knowledge on the different type of fish of the day that were offered. It's always a good sign when the staff know what they're serving in detail and can present it well to the customers. As for the food, it was all amazing. One of the best restaurants we've been to. The plates were presented in a creative way inviting you to dig in. And the mix of flavors resulted in subtle but very pleasing dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. We had the seppia (cuttlefish) with pea puree and onions and the octopus on a base of potato for appetizers. For the main course we had tortellone di pomodoro (the star of the whole meal) and the spider crab spaghetti (also exceptionally tasty). Portions were good and we left full. We ended our meal with the delizia di limone which was light, airy and tangy and the best way to finish off on a hot summer night this incredible meal. Read moreWow! My husband and I are vegetarian and it is quite difficult to eat well on an island. This beautiful restaurant far surpassed all of our expectations. The hotel itself is gorgeous and we will be staying there on our next visit to the island. All of the staff, from the bar where we had aperitivo to the maître d' Ugo, to our fabulous waiter Gaetano, everyone was absolutely wonderful. When we phoned to make our reservation and enquired as to the vegetarian options the front desk connected us directly to Chef Giovanni who graciously explained in detail the plethora of dishes he was able to prepare to suit our restrictions, he even had many vegan options. Absolutely everything was perfect. The best eggplant I have ever tasted, pasta cooked al dente with the most flavorful yet delicate sauce and the chef's own special Tiramisu, the best I have ever eaten and completely his own creation. Thank you to all the staff and the lovely owner who we had the pleasure to briefly meet, our dinner tonight was one of our best experiences...

Ok so let's start from the beginning... To get to this place you have to find the access road at the lower level if you're coming from the marina. Don't go uphill, or you'll never find the entrance. You'll know when you've found it ... The driveway is completely covered in an arch of Jasmine vines that will literally amaze you.
