Qualche metro quadro nel centro di Prato dedicato alle birre artigianali. Arriviamo quando l'aperitivo sta finendo e la serata deve ancora cominciare. Il mio ragazzo ordina un'IPA e io prendo un Whisky affumicato. Continuiamo con una bottiglia di birra acida belga che viene servita nei bicchieri di vino. Penso sia da intenditori.
