This review is for the restaurant. We were staying at the ATTO apartments and arrived late in evening. We ended up eating dinner here both nights of our stay. Out of our 15 dinners in Italy, this was serious contender for the best quality ingredients, simple yet innovative cooking, and value for quality of the dishes. Food: The chefs know what they’re doing—they care deeply about the quality of ingredients, which all come from local farms and fields nearby. The meat dishes are tender and have char. The sauces are amazing. If you put this restaurant in any major city around the world, it would be 5*.
