THANK YOU! 🙏🏻 From the warm welcome to the final grappa, our evening at La Stüa de Michil was unforgettable. The entire team, Chef Simone, Nicoleta, Erika, Giancarlo, and more created a truly special experience filled with heart, humour, and craftsmanship!

We started the night with a fun behind-the-scenes tour of the 30,000 bottle wine cellar (yes, we were even giggling at the team using the the emergency wine pole through the night!) and touring and meeting the chef team.

The service throughout was impeccable, and Nicoleta’s storytelling brought each dish to life with history, passion, and personality! Thank you.

Erika’s expertise took us on a journey through Italy with her wine pairings, guiding us through the regions with warmth and insight. Thank you!

The bar team generously shared their knowledge, especially when it came to the grappas! Thank you!

The dishes were imaginative and beautifully prepared: the “walk through the woods” with mushrooms, the vibrant vegetable plate, and the 26-hour turbot were standout highlights. Every course had a story, a soul, and a little surprise.

Even the playlist added joy! We made a game of guessing which movies the songs came from!

Thank you to the entire team for such a thoughtful and exceptional evening. It was a true highlight of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone...

If you are in the region or relatively close to Corvara, it is a place you can't miss. The atmosphere is superb, decorated with great care in every detail. The flowers on the table, the low ceiling, and the paintings on the walls create an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The service was outstanding, and our waitress, Nicoleta, was perfect at explaining the dishes in detail. The wine list is impressive, with a wide selection of wines from all over the world. The walls are full of Sassicaias, showing that they know what they are doing. I still want to visit the wine cellar next time; it must be amazing. Last but not least, the food is exceptional. Local fresh ingredients, a mushroom broth that was one of the best I ever had, and a vegetable dish with 51 (yes, you read it right, 51) ingredients so tasty and beautiful that you want more. After the six courses, one better than the other, I can say that this is one of the best 1* I have been. Congratulations to the team. Ps check the way they access the cellar, it is...

Costi imposti sulle portate singole (60€ a portata, a prescindere, e obbligatorie 3 portate... Presi in giro... resta.
