Piazza Duomo food & beverage — Restaurant in Ragusa

On holiday for few days with my family. I'm sicilian but my daughter seems Nordic due to her blonde hair and blue eyes. They asked €3 for the small bottle of cola as takeaway. I commented the absurd price in our local dialect and when the owner realized what happened and tried to solve with new price we were already out...disgusting. Just go anywhere around this square and you will find honest people, selling food and beverages with fair prices. We had the same cola served at the table with ice and lemon for €2 at the first coffee bar on the left going...

Ci sono "malcapitata" ieri sera... Pessimo! Se fosse "soltanto" per gli arancini, tra l altro carissimi senza alcuna motivazione perché la qualità non è scarsa, di più, non sarei nemmeno qui ad impiegare 5 minuti del mio tempo a scrivere questa recensione ma, dopo quanto accaduto, credo sia doveroso per evitare che altre persone si ritrovano a subire il fare minaccioso del titolare di questo posto. Gli arancini al ragù, oltre ad avere un gusto inaccettabile, erano ancora surgelati all'interno. Al tavolo accanto al nosto (eravamo in due), una famiglia di 6 persone, aveva già fatto presente la cosa a questo signore, in particolare la Signora si è recata all'interno del locale facendo presente che gli arancini erano ancora surgelati all'interno per cui immangiabili. Questo "signore" l ha aggredita! Io ho seguito la Signora portando il vassoietto con l arancino che questo "signore" mi ha letteralmente strappato di mano. La famiglia ha pagato lasciando tutto nel piatto ed è andata via. A quel punto, i camerieri sono usciti a sparecchiare quel tavolo e tra loro parlavano mettendo in dubbio quanto sostenuto dalla signora; a quel punto la persona che era con me, molto gentimente, ha ribadito che la signora aveva ragione e che gli arancini erano surgelati al loro interno. Immediatamente, è uscito fuori il titolare che, come una furia e con fare minaccioso gli ha letteralmente intimato di stare zitto e di andarsene. Così abbiamo fatto ma non di certo perché abbiamo accolto la sua minaccia ma perché siamo persone perbene a differenza di questo "signore" . State lontani da...

The low reviews you read here are very well deserved. Rude staff. After buying food, I wanted to use the toilet but I was denied. Someone of their same race was allowed to use it but not me. Possibly racist? I dunno, but this is what happened. Do you really want to support this establishment? Oh, and the food is terrible. My children didn't want to eat any more after...
